When MAUD Medical founder Maria Wu met North Star Collective founder Chandra Crawford, they connected over their shared calling to support women and girls. 

Maria’s story is a poignant example of the power of being connected to your deeper purpose. “I’m truly able to feel less stress and take more risks in the business because I know it is something so much greater than me.”

It’s an impressive perspective coming from the woman who won a Governor General’s award this year and who’s work has left an indelible mark on the path towards gender parity.

Gender parity has also been a relentless pursuit for Chandra, who founded a national charity for girls in sports in 2005 that continues to lead the way. She has experienced the top of the Olympic podium. She has felt the debilitating lows of being unable to leave her room and struggling with bulimia nervosa.  

"It was unimaginable to me that even though I was a happy person and Olympic gold medalist I could plummet so far down. Once I was down it seemed I’d never be ok again. I have struggled greatly with burnout and that’s why I have assembled this team to prevent and mitigate burnout for myself and others, especially parents. I have 4 kids under the age of 8 so I have lots of love and appreciation for parents!"

If you’re ready to make your life demonstrably better while experiencing a supportive virtual group setting, apply to the 8-week Anti-Burnout program. We are accepting up to 12 individuals per group.

  • 8 week course includes:

    - Self-Assessment Tool

    - Weekly 1 hour session

    - Access to the recordings post session for 1 year

    - 4 inspiring guest speakers from the psychology and health industries

    - Community dedicated to growth and mutual support in your pocket (the group will be active on a private Slack space)

  • Commitment 1 hour with optional 1 hour of homework per week.

    You will need a phone and gmail address as sessions will be conducted via Google Meet with opportunities for open and powerful connection with like-minded women 24/7 on slack.

    Group size: up to 12 people.

  • $1592 + GST includes 8 sessions, 5 coaches, materials, 1 year of access to the videos and 24/7 access to the community on a Slack space throughout the 8 weeks.
