To keep it simple and maintain accountability. There are 3 tiers of nutrition programs depending on the level of support you are looking for.
Minimum of 1 month commitment and tailored to your unique lifestyle. Our programs can be updated as you go, putting you in control of your progress.

TIER 1.

This is the most basic level nutrition program, the goal is to set you up with the tools you need to make healthier lifestyle choices.

This program is best for those who

  • Have a busy schedule.

  • Don’t have any major health concerns.

  • Are wanting to implement healthy habits into their life without making drastic changes.

  • Desire some general knowledge to improve their overall health and wellbeing.

This program includes

  • Personalized dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations.

  • Recipes personalized to your dietary needs and goals.

  • Initial meeting followed by one mid month check in call as well as a follow up call at the end of the month.

TIER 2.

This is the mid-level tier nutrition program. The goal is to give you the tools you need to make healthier lifestyle choices as well as a meal plan and recipes to follow as a guideline.

This program is best for those who

  • Are working toward meeting a specific goal.

  • Have time to meal prep.

  • Want a personalized grocery list.

  • Require more guidance on how to implement my recommendations on a daily basis.

This program includes

  • Personalized dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations.

  • A 5 day meal plan including recipes and a grocery list.

  • Initial meeting followed by one mid month check in call as well as a follow up call at the end of the month.

TIER 3.

This is the highest tier nutrition program. The goal with this program is to educate and support you on meeting your health and wellness goals through weekly meal plans and check in calls. This tier of a program requires the most commitment.

This program is best for those who

  • Want accountability check ins on a weekly basis.

  • Are looking to improve a specific health concern or meet a specific goal.

  • Are committed to making a significant lifestyle change.

  • Are looking for a set meal plan/grocery list to follow every week.

This program includes

  • Personalized dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations.

  • Weekly meal plans including recipes and grocery lists.

  • Initial meeting followed by weekly check in call as well as a follow up call at the end of the month.
