Drink at least 8 cups of water per day.

Proper hydration helps you digest food more effectively and helps you have better bowel movements! Let’s avoid the bloat and drink loats of water.

Eat 25g of fiber each day (38g for males)

Fiber is a very important nutrient that many people in North America do not get enough of! Eating enough fiber protects against chronic diseases like colon cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. When it comes to weight maintenance fiber also helps you stay fuller for longer leading to eating less overall.
